Pistachio-Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  3. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add dry pudding mix and milk; mix well.
  5. Blend in eggs.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in chocolate.
  8. Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.
  9. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until edges are lightly browned.
  11. Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
  12. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
