Grilled Salmon
- 2- 1/4 pounds Salmon
- 4 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
- Season salmon with Old Bay, salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Heat skillet with oil on stovetop over high heat.
- Add salmon flesh side down and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip salmon over and cook in oven for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let salmon rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
