Spaghetti with Italian Meat Sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 medium onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (284 mL) condensed tomato soup
- 2 cans (156 mL) tomato paste
- 3/4 cup brewed Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee Rite Aid $5.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 500 g spaghetti, cooked, drained
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Cook meat with onion and garlic in large saucepan on medium-high heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
- Drain, if necessary.
- Add soup, tomato paste and coffee; mix well.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in mushrooms and oregano; simmer an additional 5 min.
- Serve over hot spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
