Spaghetti with Italian Meat Sauce

  1. Cook meat with onion and garlic in large saucepan on medium-high heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  2. Drain, if necessary.
  3. Add soup, tomato paste and coffee; mix well.
  4. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in mushrooms and oregano; simmer an additional 5 min.
  6. Serve over hot spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
