Herbed Vinaigrette - South Beach
- 12 cup white vine vinegar
- 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons choppd fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh marjoram
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 12 teaspoon sugar substitute
- ground black pepper (optional)
- In a jar with a tightly fitting lid, combine the vinegar, oil, basil, tarragon, parsley, marjoram, oregano, capers, mustard, sugar substitute, and pepper, if using.
- Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- (Keep covered in the refrigerator for 1 week).
