Herbed Vinaigrette - South Beach

  1. In a jar with a tightly fitting lid, combine the vinegar, oil, basil, tarragon, parsley, marjoram, oregano, capers, mustard, sugar substitute, and pepper, if using.
  2. Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
  4. (Keep covered in the refrigerator for 1 week).
  5. Enjoy!
