Smoked Baked Paprika Halibut
- 1/4 cups Fish Stock Or Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- 12 ounces, weight Fresh Halibut Fillets
- 2 pinches Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- Lemon Wedges, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a nonstick baking dish, add stock.
- Coat both sides of fillets with sea salt and smoked paprika.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake for 810 minutes.
- We love this served with lemon-parsley brown rice!
