Egg Custard Pie Recipe

• 4 Large eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• 3 tbsp. cornmeal
• 3 tbsp. flour
• Healthy pinch of salt
• 1 deep dish pie crust

1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Cook about 30 min or possibly till done.
3. Oven at 350 degrees.
4. Makes 1 pie.
