Mixed Vegetable Chicken Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound mixed frzn vegetables, cooked and cooled
- 8 ounce. chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
- 1 can chunk chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Onion flakes as desired
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream or possibly 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. butter
- Spray 10-inch pan.
- Put 1 c. stuffing fold in pan.
- Combine soup, chicken, lowfat sour cream, and vegetables; pour over stuffing.
- Top with remaining stuffing.
- Heat butter and drizzle on top.
- Bake 30 min at 325 degrees.
