Chicken Pizza with Avocado & Salsa

  1. ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 26cm round pizza base.
  2. SPREAD the pizza base evenly with the PHILLY then top with onion and chicken.
  3. Spray with oil.
  4. BAKE the pizza in a hot oven 200 degrees C for 1015 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
  5. TOP the pizza with salsa and avocado.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. HANDY TIP: Large pita breads or frozen pizza bases are a quick and easy alternative to a home made base.
