Pork and Cabbage Stir-Fry with Yuzu Pepper
- 80 grams Pork offcuts
- 2 leaves Cabbage
- 1/2 knob Ginger
- 1/2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1/4 tsp Yuzu pepper paste
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Chop the meat into bite-sizes.
- Rub in the condiments and marinate.
- Also cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the stem thinly - otherwise it's hard to eat.
- Mince garlic and ginger.
- Pour sesame oil in a pan.
- Heat the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add meat and grill until browned.
- Add cabbage and cook until soft.
- Mix the yuzu pepper, and season with salt and pepper to finish.
- It tastes better if it's seasoned well with salt!
- Dish it up and serve!
