Crunchy Citrus Nuts

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Beat egg white, orange zest, lemon zest and cinnamon in medium bowl with wire whisk until frothy.
  3. Stir in nuts until evenly coated.
  4. Spread into lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. or until nuts are dry and lightly toasted.
  7. Sprinkle with sweetener; toss lightly.
  8. Cool.
  9. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
