Crusted french toast with banana puree
- 1 egg batter for french toast
- 4 cup crushed frosted flakes cereal
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 whipped cream
- Crush up cereal very fine and put in 9" x 9" baking pan and set aside.
- Dip bread in egg batter and cover in crushed cereal.
- Cook french toast until browned.
- In a blender mix the bananas, vanilla extract and half and half.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Put puree over french toast, cover with whipped cream and enjoy
