Crusted french toast with banana puree

  1. Crush up cereal very fine and put in 9" x 9" baking pan and set aside.
  2. Dip bread in egg batter and cover in crushed cereal.
  3. Cook french toast until browned.
  4. In a blender mix the bananas, vanilla extract and half and half.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Put puree over french toast, cover with whipped cream and enjoy
