Henway Cookies
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 34 cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 teaspoons almond extract
- 12 cup coconut
- 1 12 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Cream first bowl all together.
- Gradually mix in second bowl of dry ingredients.
- Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
