Pineapple upsidedown muffincakes

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 packages cherries
• 1 packages brown sugar
• 1 can pineapple rings
• 1 muffin tin
• 1 mixing bowl
• 1 oil non stick spray
• 1 of whatever the box cake calls for
• 1 can crushed pineapple-drained

1. Mix cake ingred together in bowl.
2. Add can crushed pineapple and stir.
3. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray.
4. Put pineapple rings in each cup of muffin pan.
5. Add 1-3 cherries to the center of each pineapple ring.
6. Top each pineapple ring with cherry with approx.
7. 1Tablespoon of brown sugar.
8. Pour in cake mixture over pineapple rings just under full.
9. Bake as box directs.
10. When done let cool, be careful as you empty each muffin cup upside down so pineapple ring is on top.
11. Ready for individual servings!
