Blueberry Brunch Cake Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add in Large eggs and lemon peel.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and add in to creamed mix with lowfat sour cream.
  3. Spread batter in a greased 9 inch springform pan, spreading batter one inch up sides of pan to hold filling.
  4. Combine filling ingredients and spread over batter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 - 50 min.
  6. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.
