Dried Beef Cheese Spread Recipe

• 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
• 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese (liquid removed)
• 2 tbsp. minced black olives (dry a little)
• 2 teaspoon grated onion
• 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• Dash of warm sauce
• 3 ounce. dry beef, snipped with scissors in sm. pcs

1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
2. Combine with cottage cheese till smooth.
3. Add in olives, onions and sauces; mix well.
4. Add in 1/3 of snipped beef.
5. Shape into large bowl.
6. Wrap in foil and chill.
7. To serve, put the rest of the beef on the ball.
8. Center on plate with crackers and celery.
