Soba Noodles with Chirimen Jako and Grated Daikon Radish
- 1 serving Soba noodles
- 2 tbsp Chirimen jako
- 1 Daikon radish
- 1 Green onions
- 1 Mentsuyu
- Grate the daikon radish, roast the chirimen jako in a frying pan, finely chop the green onions, and prepare the mentsuyu.
- Transfer the cooked soba noodles to a serving dish, top with grated daikon radish, chirimen jako, green onions and pour mentsuyu.
