Soba Noodles with Chirimen Jako and Grated Daikon Radish

  1. Grate the daikon radish, roast the chirimen jako in a frying pan, finely chop the green onions, and prepare the mentsuyu.
  2. Transfer the cooked soba noodles to a serving dish, top with grated daikon radish, chirimen jako, green onions and pour mentsuyu.
