Bombay Tikkis

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Shape into 8 balls, using about 1/4 cup for each; flatten slightly.
  3. Add 4 tikkis to skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook 10 min.
  4. or until crisp and golden brown on both sides, carefully turning after 5 min.
  5. Repeat with remaining tikkis.
