Quick and Easy Thai Beef Salad

  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook steak for two minutes each side.
  2. Set aside for five minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  3. Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
  4. Set aside for five minutes, or however long it says on the pack.
  5. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  6. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.
  7. Place all ingredients except peanuts in a large bowl with dressing and toss to combine.
  8. Serve sprinkled with peanuts.
