fondant

  1. melt marshmallows in microwave safe container until melted then add water.
  2. pour powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl and make a well.
  3. Add marshmallows and flavoring if using.
  4. knead until fondant reaches a smooth texture.
  5. if not using right away store fondant in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge.
