fondant
- 18 oz marshmallows
- 2 lb powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp any flavoring (optional)
- melt marshmallows in microwave safe container until melted then add water.
- pour powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl and make a well.
- Add marshmallows and flavoring if using.
- knead until fondant reaches a smooth texture.
- if not using right away store fondant in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge.
