Caballero
- Ice
- 2 ounces Roca Patron Anejo tequila
- 1 ounce Carpano Antica vermouth
- 1/4 ounce dark creme de cacao
- 10 drops Bitter End Mexican Mole bitters
- Chocolate-covered cherry, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all ingredients, stir and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the cherry and serve immediately.
