- 1 cup Peanuts Or Any Nuts You Like
- 1 cup Pretzel Sticks

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add first 6 ingredients (both cereals, Bugles, nuts, pretzels, and popcorn).
- Set aside.
- In a small sauce pan, combine brown sugar, butter, light corn syrup and cook on low heat until melted.
- Bring to a boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
- Remove sauce pan from stove and add in vanilla and baking soda and mix.
- Pour this delicious sinful syrup over the the dry ingredients in the large bowl and mix, coating every morsel (just kidding).
- Coat as much as possible.
- Pour onto a couple of cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes so they dont stick together.
- Remove from the oven and pour into a clean large bowl and mix occasionally until completely cooled to break up the pieces.
- Once COMPLETELY cool, add in the M&Ms.
- I use the cool colored ones for different occassions.
