Mizuna and Tuna Salad
- 2 Mizuna (large bunches)
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Mix the mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil well.
- Wash the mizuna and cut into 3 cm.
- Drain the water from the tuna can and break up the tuna.
- Mix the mizuna and tuna, put it in a serving bowl and add the dressing from Step 1.
