Prawn Linguine with Chilli and Lime
- 250g dried linguine pasta, cooked and cooled
- 500g large cooked prawns, heads and shell removed with tails intact Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
- 150g sugar snap peas, blanched
- 2 tablespoons Continental parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- Combine pasta with prawns, capsicum, sugar snap peas, parsley and salad dressing in a bowl.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.
- Chill until ready to serve.
