Sara's Whole Baked Salmon
- 3 to 4 pound whole salmon, cleaned, head and tail intact
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Bearnaise sauce, recipe follows
- Peas
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle the cavity of the salmon with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Wrap the salmon in foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound.
- Serve with bearnaise sauce and peas.
