Cheesy Folded Eggs
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup mild cheddar cheese, sliced off the block
- 1 salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 nonstick spray
- Spray a 9-10 frying pan with nonstick spray.
- Heat.
- Add butter.
- Beat the eggs.
- Slice the cheese thinly.
- Add the eggs covering bottom of pan.
- Let heat and cover.
- After a minute add water on side and recover the pan.
- Allow the steam to cook the egg top and bottom when done transfer to a plate.
- Keeping the egg whole like a tortilla.
- Add half the cheese in the center of eggs.
- Fold all four sides turn over so folded side is down add rest of cheese on top.
- Slice in half and serve hope you enjoy!
