Cafe Iguana Margaritas Recipe

  1. Rub rims of 12 glasses with lime wedges.
  2. Dip rims in coarse salt.
  3. Combine 1-3/4 c. sweet and sour mix, 1/2 c. tequila, 1/4 c. triple sec and 8 ice cubes in blender.
  4. Process till well blended.
  5. Pour into 6 glasses.
  6. Repeat with remaining sweet and sour mix, tequila, triple sec and ice cubes.
  7. Pour into 6 glasses.
  8. Garnish with lime slice.
