Peach Compote Tart
- 1 Custard Cream
- 1 peach . Peach compote
- 4 Tart crusts
- 1 Peach jam
- 1 few leaves Mint leaves
- Make the custard cream in the microwave.
- After it cools, put it in the refrigerator until well chilled.
- Make the peach compote.
- After it cools, put it in the refrigerator to chill.
- Wipe off the juices from the peach compote and cut it into eighths.
- I used a large peach.
- If you are using a smaller one, cut it into sixths.
- Fill the tarts with custard cream and top with the peach compote from Step 3.
- Brush on the peach jam.
