Garlic French Dressing

• 1 garlic clove
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/3 cup olive oil

1. Mince and mash the garlic to a paste with the salt and in a bowl combine the garlic paste with the vinegar and the pepper.
2. Add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until it is emulsified.
