Hot Tomato Hamburger
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 1 large Bag tortilla chips
- 1 large Red onion
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 can Rotel, drained
- 1 packages Shredded chedder cheese
- Brown ground beef and onion and drain.
- Set aside.
- Mixed together Rotel and soup.
- Crush chips slightly.
- Layer chips on bottom of a deep casserole dish.
- Ground beef mixture next, cheese and then soup mixture last.
- Repeat layers ending in chip layer.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly
