Goodwill Salmon Loaf Recipe
- 9 (1 lb) cans salmon, flaked
- 1 lg. loaf bread, crumbled
- 15 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 pound shredded cheese
- 3 quart. lowfat milk
- 1 tall can lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Mix well.
- Place in large buttered pans, about 3 inch thickness.
- Bake till set in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Serve with 5 pounds frzn cooked peas, added to 5 cans of heated mushroom soup.
- May be divided to serve a smaller group.
- Serves 40.
