Turkey and White Bean Chili

  1. In nonstick 12-inch skillet, heat oil over med-high heat.
  2. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently until tender and golden, about 5 minute Add turkey and cook, breaking up turkey with side of spoon, until it loses its pink color throughout, about 5 minute Stir in coriander, cumin, and thyme.
  3. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mash half of beans.
  5. Stir all beans and chiles with their liquidh into turkey mixture; heat to boiling over med-high heat.
  6. Boil until chili has thickened slightly, about 1 minute Stir in tomatoes.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.
