Sirloin Tips And Noodles Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 pound sirloin, cubed
- 3/4 c. broth (beef)
- 3/4 c. red wine
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/2 onion (minced)
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper
- Noodles
- Saute/fry mushrooms in butter, put in 3 qt casserole.
- Brown meat in oil.
- P our over mushrooms.
- Combine 1/2 of broth, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onions.
- Blend cornstarch with the rest of broth.
- Stir in wine and spoon over meat.
- Cover and bake 275 for 1 hour.
- Serve over noodles which have been cooked.
