Sirloin Tips And Noodles Recipe

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter, put in 3 qt casserole.
  2. Brown meat in oil.
  3. P our over mushrooms.
  4. Combine 1/2 of broth, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onions.
  5. Blend cornstarch with the rest of broth.
  6. Stir in wine and spoon over meat.
  7. Cover and bake 275 for 1 hour.
  8. Serve over noodles which have been cooked.
