Mixed Grill Satay

  1. Thinly slice pork chops.
  2. Thread onto skewers accordion style.
  3. Place in shallow baking dish; pour marinade over meat.
  4. Refrigerate covered 2 hours or overnight; turning occasionally.
  5. Grill over medium coals 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 3-4 minutes.
  6. For dipping sauce, combine ingredients in bowl; mix with wire wisk until blended.
  7. Makes approximately 1 cup.
  8. For salad, toss cucumbers with remaining ingredients.
  9. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
  10. Serve with Peanut Dipping Sauce and Cucumber Salad.
