Sans Souci's Marinated Mushrooms

  1. In a frying pan simmer the mushrooms in the white wine and tomato paste while stirring occasionally.
  2. Season with the spices and remove the pan from the heat after 5-6 minutes.
  3. When cool, refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
