  1. Top each bagel half with 1 Tbsp.
  2. cream cheese and a slice of cheese.
  3. Divide vegetables into 4 equal portions and serve each with 2 Tbsp.
  4. salsa.
  5. Serve each person 1 kiwi and 6 oz yogurt for dessert.
  6. Enjoy with an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
