Stir Fry Beef

• 2 yellow bell peppers
• 2 small red onions
• 1 lb round steak (cut in strips)
• 2 red bell peppers
• 3 small potatoes
• oil (enough to cover pan)

1. Cut up round steak into strips.
2. Add to oil to skillet.
3. Let it get hot.
4. Put meat into skillet.
5. Let cook for a few minutes.
6. Slice peppers, potatoes and onions (into strips).
7. Add them to pan.
8. Serve.
