Irish Coffee

• 1 teaspoon packed dark brown sugar
• 1 1/2 ounces good Irish whiskey
• 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream

1. Stir together the brown sugar, whiskey, and coffee in a large mug.
2. Float the heavy cream on top by pouring it first into a spoon and then gently tilting the spoon so that the cream flows into the mug.
3. Serve immediately.
