Grilled Cheese and Apple Sandwich
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread (or Whatever Your Favorite Is)
- 1 slice Provolone Cheese
- 1 slice Baby Swiss Cheese
- 4 pieces Apple, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (it Melts Better)
- Start your skillet warming on low as you assemble your sandwich.
- Butter one side of your bread and place the provolone and Swiss on one slice (on the unbuttered side of course), top with the apples and sprinkle the cheddar on top.
- Place your second piece of bread on top and butter it.
- Place it in your skillet and grill to perfection!
- This makes one serving.
