Orange Glazed Chicken
- 12 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3 12 lbs skinless chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In bowl, combine orange juice, worcestershire sauce, ground red pepper, salt and pepper.
- Reserve 1/4 cup sauce for serving.
- On 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" jelly roll pan lined with heavy duty foil, arrange chicken pieces.
- Brush with half of remaining sauce.
- Roast 10 minutes; turn chicken over and brush again.
- Roast 8-10 minutes longer or until juices run clear when pierced with tip of knife.
- Serve with reserved sauce.
