Orange Glazed Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. In bowl, combine orange juice, worcestershire sauce, ground red pepper, salt and pepper.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce for serving.
  4. On 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" jelly roll pan lined with heavy duty foil, arrange chicken pieces.
  5. Brush with half of remaining sauce.
  6. Roast 10 minutes; turn chicken over and brush again.
  7. Roast 8-10 minutes longer or until juices run clear when pierced with tip of knife.
  8. Serve with reserved sauce.
