Shrimp and Bean Scampi

  1. Cook bulgur as label directs.
  2. Meanwhile, in 5-quart.
  3. saucepot, heat oil on medium-high.
  4. Add shrimp, lemon juice, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  5. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp just turn opaque, stirring occasionally.
  6. To pot, add beans, spinach, and parsley.
  7. Cook 2 minutes or until spinach wilts, stirring.
  8. Serve over bulgur.
