Garlicy Pizza Dough
- 149 g all-purpose flour
- 103 g wheat flour
- 5 g salt
- 8 g garlic powder
- 8 g yeast
- 4 g sugar
- 1 14 cups warm water
- 25 g olive oil
- Combine all wet ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.
- Mix up yeast with sugar into warm water and let yeast grow.
- Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients in food processor and mix for about 30 seconds until it forms a ball.
- Store dough in a cool dry place in a bowl to rise for about 30 minutes.
