Special Burritos Crockpot
- 10 ounces ortega peppers can, chopped
- 1 x beef chuck roast
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 4 ounces tomato sauce can
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- Night before begin cooking 2 lbs.
- chuck roast in crock pot (cook all night).
- In morning, remove the bones.
- Add to crockpot the above ingredients.
- Cook on low heat the rest of day.
- Add mixture to flour tortillas.
- Also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat.
- Wrap in foil and bake 350F (180C) for 10 minutes.
