Shiitake Pasta
- 400 grams Pasta (of your choice)
- 3 cup Shiitake mushroom
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 250 grams Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1/4 cup Spring onion
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions
- Chop shiitake mushroom, the parsley and the spring onions
- Melt the butter and add he shiitake and the mascarpone.
- Cook it together for about 3 minutes
- Add the soy sauce and cook for another minute
- Add the spring onions and the parsley
- Mix in the pasta and voila!
- Ready to be served :)
