Easy Homemade Ketchup

• 12 ounces, fluid Tomato Paste
• 1/2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoons Dry Ground Mustard
• 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
• 1/2 teaspoons (scant) Cinnamon
• 2 pinches Ground Clove
• 2 pinches Allspice
• 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
• 23 cups Water
• 4 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Store in an airtight container overnight for the flavors to develop.
4. Use wherever ketchup is called for and enjoy!
