Short Cut Cabbage Rolls Recipe

  1. Spread cabbage in a casserole.
  2. Add in pork, rice, instant chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt.
  3. Drain sauerkraut; spread over cabbage and pork mix.
  4. Mix tomato paste and 2 c. of water; pour over mix.
  5. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs till rice is tender.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Set oven temperature to 400 degrees.
  8. Spread top of casserole with lowfat sour cream.
  9. Open rolls and place on lowfat sour cream.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
  12. Serves 6.
