Island Pork Meatball Kabobs

  1. Mix pork, cracker crumbs and egg together in a large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, use hands if desired.
  3. Roll into 32 balls; they should be about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place on skewers and grill.
  5. Grill for a few minutes, until meat is cooked through.
