Island Pork Meatball Kabobs
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Pork
- 1/2 cups Cracker Crumbs, Toll House Whole Wheat
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 teaspoons Freshly Grated Ginger
- 1/4 cups Onion, Minced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- Mix pork, cracker crumbs and egg together in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well, use hands if desired.
- Roll into 32 balls; they should be about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place on skewers and grill.
- Grill for a few minutes, until meat is cooked through.
