Winter Dried Fruit and Nut Chocolate Bark

  1. Line small baking sheet with foil.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in medium bowl over saucepan of simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto foil, spreading with offset spatula to thickness of scant 1/4 inch.
  4. Scatter nuts and dried fruit over chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with ginger.
  6. Sprinkle with fleur de sel.
  7. Chill until chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes.
  8. Peel off foil.
  9. Cut chocolate into irregular pieces.
  10. Serve bark slightly chilled.
