BBQ Ranch Potato Salad
- 5 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 to 12 min.
- or until tender; drain.
- Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- Add potatoes; toss with dressing mixture to coat.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
