Chicken and Rice Burrito
- 3 Pieces of Chicken
- 1 packages of Uncle Bens Spanish Style Ready Rice
- 1 Avocado
- 10 oz Can of Enchilada Sauce
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin (For Greasing Pan)
- 8 tortilla wraps.
- 2 tbsp Hot sauce (optional)
- Cook chicken.
- Add seasoning while chicken is cooking.
- Cut and slice avocado.
- Then chop and mash together.
- Chop chicken, and finish cooking.
- Add salt pepper and Cajun seasoning to avocado.
- Add enchilada sauce and Uncle Ben's Spanish Style Ready Rice.
- Smear avocado onto tortilla wraps.
- Place desired amount of rice and chicken onto avocado and wrap up.
- Serve.
- Add hot sauce as desired.
