Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops

  1. Brown pork chops in hot oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Melt butter in saucepan.
  4. Stir in flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  5. Add chicken broth; cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
  6. Place potatoes in bottom of 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with onion rings. Pour chicken broth mixture evenly over top.
  8. Top with pork chops. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake in 350u0b0 oven 1 hour.
  10. Remove cover and continue baking 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
